Founded in 2023, Bamla is a communications and PR agency that specialises in the technology, financial, and industrial sectors. Our clientele includes brands like Oura, Uber, Nets, and Bob W, among others.
We’re now seeking a Senior Communications Consultant to join our team and play a crucial role in our Nordic growth.
As a team, we are very low on hierarchy, prefer open and transparent communications and believe that the best results are achieved together.
Here’s what we value and look for in our next team member:
- You are ambitious in your approach to work and focus on making things happen.
- You have a minimum of three years of work experience in communications, media, consulting, marketing or similar.
- You are excited about working with clients in the technology, finance or industrial sectors.
- You have a solid understanding of the media landscape, both in Finland and internationally.
- You thrive in a hands-on, client-facing role, not just behind a screen writing press releases (though that's almost equally important).
- You’re not afraid to take responsibility or to suggest new ideas and fresh approaches.
- You’re fluent in Finnish, English and ideally in Swedish as our client work will take you across the borders!
Above all, we’re looking for a proactive problem-solver who doesn’t need all the answers upfront but knows how to find them.
