ANNA BRCHISKY
ceo
Anna is the Founder and CEO of Bamla. She advises clients on strategic communications and public relations, drawing on her background in public affairs and international media work. Anna excels in helping organisations navigate demanding communications and crisis situations. Anna maintains a strong network of Nordic and European founders, investors, and journalists. Before founding Bamla, Anna led communications and PR for several teams, including Slush and the Finnish Venture Capital Association.
ELSA AROLA

Elsa works as a PR and communications manager at Bamla, focusing on investor and fund communications. With previous roles at Tesi, a prominent private equity and venture capital company, and Miltton, an international communications agency, Elsa excels in crafting strategic messaging for growth companies and capital markets players as well as advising clients in sustainability-related communications.
SAARA PELTO-ARVO
PR & COMMS
Saara leads PR at Bamla, where she focuses on international communications and media relations for growth companies and investor clients. Her strength lies in fueling growth with strategic PR and sharp messaging. Prior to joining Bamla, Saara worked in various communications and PR roles across different corners of the startup ecosystem, from a growth company to a private equity firm CapMan and the leading international technology event, Slush.
HELMI MÄKELIN
PR & comms
With her study background in media and communications, Helmi possesses a strong foundation in media relations and communication strategies to help Bamla’s clients with their local PR efforts and crafting compelling messaging to effectively reach their target audiences. Prior to Bamla, Helmi worked in the communications team of the Finnish Property Owners Rakli.
CAMILLA SIRÉN-MERILUOTO
DESIGNER
Camilla is a graphic designer specializing in visual identity, illustration and UX/UI. Her passion is to help brands become their beautiful, unique selves. In the past years she’s led and participated in design projects for brands of all sizes ranging all the way from startups to multinational corporations. Camilla is also a teacher of web design at Helsinki Design School.
